Welcome, Adventurer! I am so glad you're here!

I am a Maryland author local to Bel Air, MD and a teacher in Baltimore, MD and have taught grades from Pre-K through middle school. I have an M.S. in Early Childhood Education (Johns Hopkins University), an M.A. in International Affairs (American University), and a B.S. in Communications-Journalism (University of Tennessee). I also speak Spanish and Arabic (shout out Middlebury Language Schools!).

I absolutely LOVE the outdoors and love to travel the world. I have a sweet husband, Adam, and three cat kiddos at home--Luka, Kira, and Amos.

I am an avid, 'If you can't go a day without thinking about it, then DO IT!' type of person. Publishing this kids book is a perfect example of that! Becoming an author has been my dream since I was five years old, and I am so excited to share my debut early chapter book with you! I hope you fall in love with the story and the Bel Air Kids crew just as much as I have and that it inspires you to pursue your own Adventure. :) ​
